Guidelines of a Werewolf -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ϡ These are werewolves not shape-shifters, and just like any other werewolf they only transform on the night of full moons. Ϡ When they transform, as people see this different ways, it will be allowed where the werewolf either doesn't remember what is going on when and after they transform, OR that they do remember/are aware at the time, but can't stop it. Usually when they transform they have no control and go out in full blood lust. Ϡ Exception of the above rule is for the older werewolves. Ones who've been around for a few centuries or more, since they've likely come to terms with their beastly halves, and learned how to mostly control themselves. However, the wolf side of them is dominant the whole time, and the instincts remain the same. (So while the wolf craves hunting, they can control whether or not they what/when they will kill etc. Essentially still a beast, but not mindless.) Ϡ Werewolves are a family-oriented race, (their packs usually just referred to as their 'Family' even though a fair number aren't blood related), most are fond of humans -with the odd exception of course- (Werewolves usually end up protecting humans from vampires) and only in rare or extreme cases do they ever prefer being alone. Wolves are social by nature, and are very territorial; whether that territory is their land, possessions, or other people, depends on the circumstance. If a werewolf trespasses into another's territory, they tend to get aggressive, even in human form. ESPECIALLY in wolf form. Ϡ In modern day, they fit in well amongst humans, often possessing the average human's job or occupation, sometimes even befriending them (though they generally stick to their own race, just in case...). They also tend to disappear for a few days around the full moon, for obvious reasons. Ϡ Silver can inured and/or kill them in both human form, or werewolf form. Ϡ In human form, they have heightened senses (Smell, sight, hearing), but they are nowhere near as heightened as their full werewolf forms. As a human, their strength can almost rival that of a vampire... Tribal Laws Ϡ No mingling with vampires they are the sworn enemy.
